📏 Sizing Guide
Every order — ready-made or custom — needs your nail shape, length, and your 10 individual nail sizes before I can make your set. Here's how to find yours:
- Order a Sizing Kit (or use a set of nail sizing tips you already have at home).
- Starting with your thumb, test each size tip until you find the snug fit for that nail — snug but not pinching.
- Write down the size number for each of your 10 nails, thumb to pinky, both hands (e.g. "Thumb: 3, Index: 2, Middle: 3, Ring: 3, Pinky: 1").
- Enter those sizes at checkout for ready-made sets, or in the Nail Sizes field on the Custom Order form.
Not sure about your nail shape or length preference? Almond and Coffin/Ballerina are the most popular all-around shapes, and Medium length is a comfortable everyday choice if you're not sure where to start.

How do I find my nail sizes?

What if I don't know my shape or length preference?
No worries — Almond and Coffin/Ballerina are the most universally flattering shapes, and Medium length is a comfortable everyday starting point. Message me if you'd like a recommendation based on your natural nail shape.
Can I change my order after I've placed it?
Message me within 24 hours of ordering and I'll do my best to accommodate changes before your set goes into production. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Custom Orders
How does the custom order process work?
Fill out the Custom Order form with your shape, length, sizes, and design vision. I'll review it and reach out via your chosen contact method with a quote. Once we agree on a price, head to the Pay Your Invoice page to pay — then your nails are made and shipped!
How long does a custom quote take?
I typically respond with a quote within 2–3 business days.
What if I don't see my quoted price as a tier on the Pay Your Invoice page?
Message me and I'll round to the nearest tier or set up a custom payment link for you.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (all via Stripe), plus PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes — all payments are processed directly by Stripe and PayPal. Payjuh's Nails never sees or stores your card details.
Do you offer refunds?
See the full Refund Policy below. In short: custom orders are generally non-refundable once work begins, and ready-made sets follow a standard return window.
Shipping & Care
How long does shipping take?
Ready-made sets ship within 2–4 business days of ordering. Custom sets ship within 5–10 business days after payment, depending on design complexity. Delivery times vary by carrier and location.
How do I apply/remove press-on nails?
Every order includes an application kit with full instructions. In short: prep your natural nails, size and apply with the included adhesive tabs or glue, and remove by gently soaking in warm water before easing off — never force them.
How long do press-ons typically last?
With proper application, most sets last 1–2 weeks of regular wear, and can be reapplied multiple times if cared for gently during removal.
Refund Policy
Custom orders are made specifically for you and are generally non-refundable once work begins. If you need to cancel, message me as soon as possible — cancellations before I've started your set may be eligible for a full or partial refund at my discretion.
Ready-made sets can be returned unused and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs. Worn or altered sets are not eligible for return.
Sizing is the customer's responsibility — please double-check your measurements against the Sizing Guide before ordering, as incorrect sizing is not covered by this policy.
